Training

Supporting professionals in new fields and encouraging them to develop their practice also means giving them tools to enable them to be more effective. With this in mind, Onda regularly associates specialised trainers with its actions.

This aspect of its activity can take different forms depending on needs:

– assisting artistic teams to develop their dissemination structure and/or strategy (Charter for dissemination);

– preparing artistic teams with a view to their participation in international platforms (International Ice-breakers, Pow wows);

– providing time for the teams of the venues to reflect on the development of their project, to discover different contexts of cooperation practices, to forge different kinds of links, to exchange with international stakeholders (Mobile Workshops, in collaboration with La Belle ouvrage);

– mobility grants to encourage the presence of young European and overseas artists/authors on international platforms in France (Camping, an international choreographic platform initiated by the French National Dance Centre, the CND, based on a programme of classes, workshops, conferences, shows and public presentations).

PUBLIC

A training course to reinvent links between venues, audiences and the territory. Proposed by La Belle Ouvrage in partnership with Onda, Public! is made up of a series of short training modules organised in the field. Each three- or four-day module offers an immersion to promote the circulation of knowledge, practices and innovations, to stimulate reflection, and to support the development of solutions tailored to each context.

The modules are addressed in a cross-disciplinary manner to artists, managers of structures, public relations and communication specialists, reception and ticketing specialists, of course, but also to members of technical teams or production and administration professionals.
